A cup commemorating the golden jubilee of the accession of Emperor Franz Joseph I to the Austrian throne. On the side opposite to the portrait is the Austrian eagle and the coats of arms of Austria and Hungary, flanked by fields of scrolling acanthus holding the arms of other lands in the empire.
